1 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds (I like more chia seeds!)
1 Tbsp water 
1-2 Tbsp or to taste, sweetner of choice ( I used powdered Monkfruit)

Sugar-free Raspberry Chia Jam

I am all about spreads of all kinds! Give me a toasted slice of the LOW-CARB Bun with a smear of grass-fed butter and this delicious Raspberry Chia Jam and I can eat this for breakfast, lunch and dinner!  Not only with butter but you can also try this Jam with Natural Peanut Butter and HOLY MOLY is it ever delicious.  Don't take my word it, make it and see for yourself.

Heat the raspberries and the water in a saucepan on a medium heat.  Bring to a boil while stirring.

Once the berries have cooked down, add your sweetener of choice, to taste.  (I like my jam to be slightly tangy!)

Add the Chia Seeds, mix well and let it cook for another 3-5 minutes until the chia seeds begin to gel and the jam starts to thicken up.

Remove from the heat.

Transfer to a glass jar and cool. Keep Refrigerated.
